Since opening in March of 2011, ONE Pepper Grill has carefully carved a niche out of the Burlington restaurant landscape. OPG is a beer bar with a great comfort/bar food problem. Or we are a restaurant with great food and an excellent beer problem, either way, we strive to be the best.

ONE Pepper Grill first open it's doors on North Street in Burlington in September of 2009. Originally opened by two friends, the restaurant was sold in February of 2011 to Toby Alan Dion and TJ Chelak, JR.

3/1 - ONE Pepper Grill's BirthdayOur 2 year party. ONE Pepper Grill turns 2 this year! We'll be partying all night long. We have saved a keg of the Shipyard Old Thumper ESB Dubbel that was bourbon barrell aged to 13.2% for this night. Along with that great beer, we'll have other rare and craft beer on tap. The 6 litre bottle of Curieux is getting opened around 730PM. Bring a toy suitable for a 2 year old to play with and receive a discount on your food tab. The toys will be donated to Burlington Kids Space. Ryan Hansen will be here singing and performing all night. C'mon in for the best party in all the town.
